Falls is here and the leaves begin to fall:
CIRCLEVILLE, OH — Due to the forecast of inclement weather, the City of Circleville has rescheduled Trick or Treat from Thursday, October 30th to Saturday, November 1st, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
This change was made to ensure an enjoyable evening for everyone. Mayor Michelle Blanton shared, “Safety comes first. We want everyone to enjoy Trick or Treat in safe and dry conditions.”
